1. Information We Collect

Account Information: Your name, business email address, company name, trade selection, and authentication credentials.
Workspace Data: Clients, reps, price book items, jobs, estimates, invoices, payments, crew schedules, and uploaded company logos or job photos stored in your workspace.

2. Strict Multi-Tenant Row-Level Security

Every database table and storage bucket in XTM8R is protected by PostgreSQL Row-Level Security (RLS) keyed to your authenticated company membership. One subscribing shop can never view or query another shop's clients, pricing, or jobs.

3. How We Use Information

We use your information strictly to operate the XTM8R platform, generate your PDF proposals and invoices, send transactional emails (such as password resets and team invites), and provide customer support. We do not sell your data or use your private pricing to train public models.

4. Data Portability & Deletion

Company owners can download a complete copy of their company data at any time using the Export my data button on the Company page, or request permanent account deletion by contacting demo@xtm8r.com.
