Terms of Service

Effective Date: October 23, 2026

1. The XTM8R Service

XTM8R ("Service") is a web-based estimating, proposal generation, deposit tracking, and crew scheduling software platform provided by Stentorian Research ("Company", "we", "us") for specialty trade contractors, installers, and interiors businesses.

2. Accounts & Tenant Isolation

Each subscribing shop receives an isolated company workspace. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for the actions of team members invited to your company account.

3. Subscriptions, Free Trials & Cancellation

14-Day Free Trial: New company accounts receive a 14-day free trial.
Plans: Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance according to the selected plan tier (Solo, Shop, or Crew).
Cancellation & Data Export: Company owners may cancel at any time and export their full company dataset (clients, jobs, estimates, invoices, payments, and price book) directly from the Company page.

4. Customer Ownership of Data

You retain full ownership of all estimates, client records, pricing, proposals, and job data entered into your workspace. We never sell or share your bid data or customer lists with third parties or competing contractors.

5. Estimate Accuracy & Construction Responsibility

XTM8R is an estimating and workflow tool. You are solely responsible for verifying takeoff quantities, unit costs, margins, structural or fire-rating compliance, drawing addenda, and contract terms before submitting any proposal to a client or general contractor.
